    Online Therapy is a form of therapy that’s offered on the internet, where the therapist and client engage in sessions held online via phone or video calls. This occurs on a secure platform designed for tele-health practitioners. Each client is provided their own unique link that only that client and the therapist can access.

    No, my services are all online either over phone or video to provide more accessibility and safety during these times.

  • How long are sessions?

    Individual sessions are typically an hour, however 90 minute sessions are also provided based on preference.
