What is therapy?

Therapy is so much more than talking to a stranger. It’s a process that incorporates healing, vulnerability, and courage. It’s about creating a strong and secure relationship with a therapist (me) who invites you to explore areas that create and maintain the personal challenges you’re looking to overcome.

 

Therapy Sessions

Therapy starts and ends with sessions that are held over the phone or computer. This is a space, protective of all personal information, where you come as yourself ready to work towards personal goals and explore past or current challenges in all areas of your life. Each session is reflective of what you choose to talk about and how far you are willing to grow. The pace is at your speed, allowing you to guide sessions as I follow.
